Cancelation and Payment Policies

Booking is confirmed when 30% of the total is received, this is NON REFUNDABLE in any case.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash on arrival or 30 days prior to arrival.
A safety damage deposit must be submitted at the time of Check-In, the safety deposit is not a downpayment for your total bill, it will be returned to you due to the following TERMS and CONDITIONS.

Terms and Conditions


  • Check-In between 14:00 pm 21:00 pm and Check-Out is no later than 11:00 am, different times and dates than confirmed on booking must be confirmed.


  • Any false identification will hinder you from entering the rental property, only the individual on the booking quote or invoice may be allowed to enter at the time of Check-In accompanied by the correct number of guests.
  • We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables items.
  • Any exceptions or changes must be in writing and reviewed in advance.

House Rules

  • No damages must be accrued to the property.
  • For any further guest, you are entitled to notify us prior to arrival, any person including toddlers are considered as persons and guests must notify us to include them on booking details.
  • The maximum persons including toddlers staying in the property considered as stated on the website.
  • No events allowed.
  • Any exceptions or changes must be in writing and reviewed in advance.
  • Garbage must be disposed of.
  • All kitchen appliances must be cleaned and returned as found during Check-In
  • Towels and linens must be returned in their original condition as found during Check-In, you are not responsible for washing yet you must keep them intact, no articles can be taken with you at Check-Out.
